Bob has over 30 years’ experience in tailoring individuals structured settlement to meet their current and future personal needs. He’s earned the National Structured Settlement Trade Association’s Certified Structured Settlement Consultant “CSSC” designation, and has served on the association’s education committee. Bob, enjoys taking an active role in mediations during the settlement negotiation process. Bob has also served as a past vice president of the Long Island Claims Association.
William started in the industry in 2009, learning the Structured Settlement process from the ground up. Now as a seasoned Settlement Consultant William attends mediations, settlement conferences and in home client meetings to design special financial plans to meet each claimants needs. He also works closely with attorneys on structuring their attorney fees. William is a member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA), New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA) and Nassau Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association (NSTLA).
Linda has worked in the structured settlement business for over 25 years. Starting as an administrative assistant she has worked her way up to a Senior Case Manager. She has years of experience with a focus on personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death and attorney fee structures. Once the case settles, Linda assists in preparing and reviewing all the necessary closing documents to have the annuity contract issued. She works closely with the attorneys and insurance companies to make sure the process is as seamless as possible. Linda’s attention to detail, extensive knowledge, familiarity of the court systems and devotion to the industry makes her an invaluable resource.
